No pooling, no patching, no felt
Flat roofs
Extensions, garages, dormers and porches — stripped back to a solid deck and finished in one piece of rubber membrane.
Water pooling, splits, or the same patch failing every winter usually means the covering has had it. We take flat roofs back to a solid deck, then lay a rubber membrane that goes down in a single piece — no seams across the middle to fail, and edges, upstands and outlets detailed so water actually leaves the roof.
Back to a solid deck
New OSB deck where the old one is soft, laid to falls so water runs off instead of sitting.
One-piece rubber membrane
EPDM in a single sheet — the joins are where felt fails, so we take the joins out.
Edges and outlets detailed
Trims, upstands and outlets done properly. That's where flat roofs actually leak.
Skylights and lanterns
Kerbs built and weathered so a lantern is watertight from day one — see the work below.
