Finished rubber dormer roof with the chimney flashed in

Professional installations, built to last

Dormer roofs

New dormer roofs and re-covers — deck, membrane, cheeks and flashings, finished so the whole thing sheds water.

A dormer is where a flat roof, a pitched roof and two walls all meet, which is exactly why they leak when they're rushed. We build the deck, cover it in one piece, then detail every junction — cheeks, abutments, chimney flashing — because the covering is rarely the bit that fails.

Deck built properly

Firm, laid to fall, and boarded so there's no bounce or standing water.

Covered in one piece

Rubber membrane over the whole dormer top — no seams sat in the wet.

Every junction detailed

Where the dormer meets the main roof and the walls, dressed and flashed, not sealed and hoped.

Tied into the tiling

Soakers and side abutments done as the tiling goes back, so it looks like it was always there.
